Initiatives like ours derive inspiration not only from the support of the people but also when the beneficiaries get a direction to move ahead in life and are empowered to carve their own niche in the world of immense possibilities.  

This year as well four young ladies Lakshmi, Puja, Yasmeen and Farhana who received Professional Computer Training at our Jasola center for 1 year were successfully placed with Vodafone and Tech Mahindra. These Young girls from the age group 18- 20 years not only received Professional Training but also gained confidence to work and independently move ahead in life. All the four girls belong to families with weak economic background with   an average family size of 6-7 members and meager monthly income of Rs. 4500. In the beginning when they enrolled for the Computer programme neither did they seem to be confident enough to survive in the market of cut throat competition nor they laid any interest in seeing this opportunity as a step towards their professional growth but what was common and promising among the girls was desire to learn and get as much as they can from the programme. During the course of the training they were not only learning the subjective skills but were also building their personalities through healthy peer interaction. This whole environment of learning and positive interaction infused in them the confidence to take challenges in life and win over them. In their very first job-hunting session with corporates like Vodafone and Tech Mahindra they got decent placements and inspired other members of the group to follow the suit. 

Their successful placement not only changed their future but also helped us in realizing our dream to help needy members of the society who need little support and a platform to show their caliber.
